Intro

I am a team player, with an open mind and a flair for interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. A disciplined and energetic individual with a strong work ethic. Having a strong sense of ownership and employing a structured approach to assigned tasks.

Currently

At Distinction.Dev, I have learned how to build teams, manage people, shape culture, develop relationships with customers, work on enterprise products, and used technologies like nodejs, AWS, serverless, postman, sequalize, WSL, gitlab, Jira and Confluence. I primarily work as a Software Engineer and have broad experience across companies stacks.

I'm currently in my final year of BTech in Computer Engineering and have a strong desire to work in a positive environment with a wide range of exposure. Servers to work at a multinational organization with defined systems and processes as well as healthy channels of networking.

I am also currently working on a secret project using my development and analytical skill and will be disclosed shortly 🤫🤫 ......

Some history

  • My first interaction with computers was around 2006-2007 when my parents bought our first computer. I was around 4-5 years old at the time and, I enjoyed playing games on it.

  • From my very small age I have been very interested in learning, using and enjoying technologies.

  • I used to enjoy games like road rash, and cricket games. I might have endangered my mom's dream of using the machine for a better cause(learning).

  • Only thing I learned on the monitors was how to use Microsoft Excels, PowerPoint Presentation, Word, and Paint.

  • My journey in programming started in my 6th standard in which we had HTML and a bit of image editing and video editing courses in school. This was the time when I first got scared and frightened of technologies. Nothing went right from there and the distance between me and computers(technology) increased.

  • I had a phobia of computers and programming languages that kept haunting me until my 11th and 12th standard. I was unable to understand C programming, so I crammed, grinded, drummed, and mugged up the programs to just pass my 12th Exams. But with a little help from friends and tutors, I managed to get through it!

  • THIS WAS ENOUGH 😤😤😡😡. Computers and programming were haunting me like hell. Taking it as a challenge I decided to make my fear my biggest skill.I got focused, motivated, and anyhow wanted to excel in the programming world.

  • At 18, I started my B.Tech in Computer Engineering. Later that year my confidence was boosted and my biggest fear became my biggest adroitness.

  • I started mentoring freshers and untutored students, on the basics of programming and C language. It was a really eye-opening experience and my first step. Teaching is the best way to learn.

  • Also I made my first ever game in C programming called Candy-Box game. Later I created four more games namely the Food-Snake game (c & c-graphics), Snake and ladder(HTML, CSS & js), and flappy bird (python).

  • I'm glad to say that I kept on increasing my programming skills over the past year. I learned Java, Java J2EE, Spring, Spring-Boot, AngularJS, and Node.js. Along with this, I also volunteered in campus ambassador work for many nationwide companies. This experience has helped me develop invaluable skills and knowledge that will be extremely useful in my future career.

  • In 2020 I got my first freelancing project. To date I have completed 5 freelancing projects. It's been a great experience so far and I've learned a lot.

  • I placed my first step in the industrial world on Sept 21, 2021. I got selected as a software developer Intern at Neerx Techonvate (an IOT-based Startup) and within 6 months I was appointed as a Lead Developer intern where I had to build teams, manage interns, and shape the culture of a junior intern under me.

  • Later on in Oct'2022 my professional life took turn into cloud computing, AWS and Serverless world after i joined as Software Developer at DisitinctionDev.I worked with a dedicated team of developers helping in shaping the Serverless Community.

  • Still a long way to go, Many more things to learn and Achieve .......................
